Highlight Projects Transparency Policy

 

Highlight Projects Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and its employees are committed to sharing information, regarding the purchase, sale or development of a property, with its customers or clients at any time.

We are available to reach by telephone between normal business hours (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday) and via email at hello@highlightprojects.com. Emails will be responded to within 48 hours of receipt.

 

If you are unsatisfied with the information provided in response to your request, you may ask for further information from the contact you maintain correspondence with, or you can escalate your inquiry to a business Director.

Transparency Regarding the Sale of your Property

We will offer regular updates via email on the progress of your (the Vendor of the property) application for sale until the transaction is wither completed or void. Regular updates include email notifications within 48 hours of any update in status of your application. 

Transparency Regarding the Development of a Property

We offer regular updates via email on the progress of developments to those persons that have invested in the development or project. Regular updates include weekly email notifications which will detail all changes in the development, with brief notes from the management team.
